Licensed Massage Therapist — Part-Time The Floating Lotus Day Spa & Yoga Studio | Little Rock, Arkansas $35 per hour | Part-Time | Saturdays Required The Floating Lotus Day Spa & Yoga Studio is looking for a licensed massage therapist who is dependable, professional, compassionate, and genuinely interested in becoming part of our team. We are looking for more than someone who simply wants to pick up an occasional massage shift. We are seeking a therapist who wants a consistent, ongoing part-time position , enjoys building relationships with clients, and takes pride in creating a beautiful experience from the moment a client walks through our doors. Saturday availability is required. Additional weekday availability is preferred. About The Floating Lotus The Floating Lotus is an established day spa and yoga studio in Little Rock offering massage, facials, body treatments, yoga, Reiki, sound healing and other wellness experiences. Our goal is to create a peaceful, nurturing environment where both our clients and our team feel cared for. Our massage therapists are an important part of that experience. We value therapists who are skilled in their craft, dependable with their schedules, comfortable working as part of a team, and committed to providing exceptional client care. What You'll Do Provide professional, therapeutic massage customized to each client's needs and preferences. Perform massage modalities such as relaxation/Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone and prenatal massage. Create a calm, nurturing and professional experience for every client. Communicate with clients before and after their services to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations. Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records. Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled appointments and maintain a clean, peaceful treatment space. Work collaboratively with our massage therapists, estheticians, yoga instructors and other wellness professionals. Follow all Arkansas licensing, health and safety requirements. Continue developing your skills and knowledge through education and training. Additional spa services such as body scrubs or mini facials may be available for therapists who are trained and interested in expanding their services.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Currently licensed as a Massage Therapist in Arkansas. Experienced in multiple massage modalities; Swedish/relaxation, deep tissue, hot stone and prenatal are especially helpful. Reliable and committed to maintaining a consistent schedule. Warm, compassionate and genuinely interested in helping people feel better. Professional and comfortable communicating with a wide range of clients. Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team. Interested in building a long-term relationship with The Floating Lotus and our clientele. Experienced in a spa or wellness environment (preferred, but we are willing to consider the right therapist). What We Offer $35 per hour , based on experience and services performed.
