Job Description
(Looking for Therapists for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) Structural Pain Therapy is a medical massage practice located in Flagstaff, Arizona. "We offer a Top-Down and Bottom-Up Approach to Treating Pain, Depression, and Anxiety." Each session is catered to your individual needs. With a wide range of modalities that span from muscle compensation to deep relaxation. We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our team as an Independent Contractor, providing therapeutic, knowledgeable, and exceptional massage to our clients. Position Type Independent Contractor (1099) Part-Time / As-Needed Based on Bookings Compensation $39 per 30-minute massage ($78/hour) $63 per 60-minute massage $87 per 90-minute massage ($58/hour) $111 per 120-minute massage ($55.50/hour) Payments issued on the 16th and 1st of each month (invoice required) Responsibilities Provide 30, 60, 90, and 120- minute professional massage services Mandatory Positive Affect Massage and Structural Pain Therapy training at no cost to you (Free) Arrive on time and fully prepared for scheduled sessions Maintain a calm, professional, and caring client experience Communicate clearly with operations regarding scheduling Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards Protect guest privacy and confidentiality Dress Code Must purchase and wear a uniform shirt (~$20) Black leggings or other pants Clean, polished, professional presentation required Requirements Be knowledgeable in kinesiology and anatomy (required) Active Arizona Massage Therapy License (required) Current liability insurance (required) Professional and punctual Comfortable working independently, scheduling (required) Must provide own sheets and Linens. (required) Oils and other equipment provided. Ideal Candidate Calm, empathetic, and grounded presence Experience working in PT/Chiropractor office or other similar offices preferred Has a greater knowledge of Structural Integration, Myofascial Release, and Kinesiology Services are scheduled based on client bookings.
