Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address individual client needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on physiology knowledge and medical history Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health, and pain management strategies to enhance their wellness journey Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient feedback, and progress notes in compliance with medical terminology standards Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and industry regulations Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients requiring specialized therapy or medical attention Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive client experience Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification in good standing Proven experience in patient service, with a focus on patient assessment and customized treatment planning Demonstrated expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy practices Prior experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain treatment benefits clearly and professionally Commitment to ongoing learning about new therapies and industry best practices Join us to help clients feel their best through expert massage therapy!
