We are looking for a motivated massage therapist to work Fridays and Saturdays. Part time. Pay is competitive. We send you clients to work on and get paid for it! This is at a busy chiropractic clinic at a very busy intersection.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic massage treatments to clients, helping them relax, relieve pain, and improve their overall well-being. Your expertise in physiology, anatomy, and pain management will be essential in delivering effective massage therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other specialized modalities
• Assess clients' needs and create personalized treatment plans
• Provide relaxation massages to promote stress relief and relaxation
• Assist clients in managing acute pain through targeted massage techniques
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide guidance on self-care techniques
• Maintain accurate client records and document treatment progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Stay updated on the latest developments in massage therapy techniques and advancements in the field

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist or relevant certification from an accredited institution
• In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Proficiency in performing deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other specialized techniques
• Strong understanding of pain management principles and techniques
• Ability to conduct physical examinations and assess patients' conditions accurately
