Competitive Pay Structure:

Earn $25-$30 per 60-minute service, plus gratuity (averaging 20% or more), with additional commission for deep tissue and upgrades. What We're Looking For:

We seek therapists who are professional, skilled, and committed to providing a five-star client experience.

Requirements include:

Active Arizona Massage Therapy License Proficiency in deep tissue, prenatal, Swedish, and signature services Strong client communication and retention skills Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and drama-free workspace Availability for evening shifts and at least one weekend day Physical Requirements / Essential Job Functions Due to the physical nature of the Licensed Massage Therapist position, employees must be able to: Lift, carry, push, or move up to 25 pounds as required to perform essential job duties. Frequently bend, reach, twist, stand, and move throughout the workday. Maintain the physical ability and stamina necessary to safely perform massage services for the duration of scheduled appointments. Safely assist with routine room setup, breakdown, linens, equipment, and supplies associated with massage services.
