Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to develop effective treatment plans that address pain management and occupational health issues Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness Maintain accurate documentation of treatments provided, client progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with licensing standards Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation protocols and clinic policies Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to optimize patient care Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and delivering various massage modalities such as deep tissue and trigger point therapy Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Prior experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients Ability to assess client needs accurately and develop customized treatment plans effectively Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards related to massage therapy Join us in creating a positive impact on our clients' health journeys!
