Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and intuitive Reiki / Energy Healer to join our vibrant wellness team. In this role, you will harness the power of universal life energy to promote healing, relaxation, and balance for clients seeking holistic health solutions. Your expertise will help individuals achieve physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being through personalized energy healing sessions. Duties Conduct Reiki and energy healing sessions tailored to each client's unique needs, utilizing techniques that promote relaxation, stress relief, and energetic balance. Assess clients' energy fields through intuitive sensing and patient assessment methods to determine appropriate healing approaches. Incorporate complementary modalities such as acupressure massage, reflexology services, or chakra balancing as needed to enhance healing outcomes. Educate clients on self-care practices and techniques to maintain energetic health between sessions. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment space that fosters relaxation and trust. Document client progress and session details accurately while respecting confidentiality standards. Stay current with industry best practices by participating in ongoing training in massage therapy techniques including Swedish massage, Thai massage, deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release techniques, hot stone massage, sports massage, prenatal and postnatal massage, massage therapy for athletes and elderly, as well as med spa treatments. Skills Proven experience in Reiki or energy healing modalities with certification from accredited programs. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to massage therapy and energy work. Strong patient assessment skills to identify energetic imbalances and customize healing sessions accordingly. Familiarity with a broad range of massage techniques including Swedish, Thai, Shiatsu, acupressure, reflexology services, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage massage, sports massage, hot stone massage, prenatal/postnatal massage, massage therapy for children and individuals with stress-related conditions. Ability to communicate effectively with clients about their health goals and healing process. Experience working within med spa environments or holistic wellness centers is a plus. Compassionate demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills to create a safe space for clients seeking holistic healing solutions.
