General Description:

Responsible for providing professional massage and body treatments to guests.

Responsibilities:

Perform spa services including massage and body treatments Manage time well to provide a relaxed and calm atmosphere Keep treatment room stocked and clean, take care of equipment and report to management when it is in need of repair. Respond to all guest questions and needs. Assess guest need, preferences, medical history and customize accordingly or recommend appropriate treatments. Adhere to all hygiene standards and health and safety regulations including Contagion Protocols. Monitor schedule throughout the day. Competency with booking software. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Uphold all Spa department protocols, procedures and policies. Educate guests on post massage care when appropriate. Work collaboratively with other spa staff. Perform all other duties as assigned Job Requirements Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Minimum of 1.5 years working in a Spa environment. Professional demeanor and appearance. Team player with Excellent guest service skills. Effective time management skills. Positive attitude and patience Attend all mandatory meetings and trainings. Maintain certification and current license in massage therapy Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time, twist, bend, reach, push and lift up to 30 lbs. consistently throughout the day. Ability to perform 5 massages per shift. Responsibilities are not limited to the above list. Items may be added, changed or reduced from time to time.

Pay:

$16.90 - $50.00 per hour
