Position Responsibilities

• Deliver expert Swedish and Deep Tissue massage with precision and care.
• Conduct thorough client intakes and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and health considerations.
• Provide thoughtful education on the benefits of regular massage therapy within an integrative wellness framework.
• Maintain detailed, confidential treatment records in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
• Uphold the highest levels of professionalism, discretion, client safety, and ethical boundaries at all times. What We Offer
• Part-time flexible schedule
• approximately 15-25 hours per week, with the ability to build your ideal workload (availability for at least one weekend day per month preferred).
• Competitive compensation $25.00
• $60.00+ per hour, based on experience, modalities, and performance; generous tips from our grateful, high-end clientele and performance bonuses can significantly increase total earnings.
• Pay raises tied to demonstration of new modalities and advanced skills.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist.
• Current CAMTC California Massage Therapist Certification.
• Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques.
• Lymphatic drainage and Prenatal massage experience are a strong plus (additional modalities welcome).
• Exceptional customer service skills, strong work ethic, and a polished, professional demeanor.
• Flexible availability, including at least one weekend day per month preferred.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards, discretion, and client-centered care.
• Passion for wellness and supporting clients on their health journeys.
