$108,000 We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Massage Therapist with atleast 5 years of hands-on experience to join our established , multi-service therapeutic clinic in Dana Point. Our practice specializes in integrative sports and therapeutic massage , serving a high-level, diverse clientele, including athletes, active adults, pre- and post-surgical clients, and individuals managing injuries, chronic pain, mobility limitations, and performance-related concerns. We are looking for an experienced therapist with a strong understanding of anatomy, injuries, athletic performance, and pain management who takes their craft seriously and wants to continue developing within a collaborative, education-focused practice. About Our Practice Located in a beautiful ocean-view studio in Dana Point , our busy multi-service clinic brings together therapeutic massage, injury and performance-focused care, NEUBIE treatments and therapeutic Pilates to provide a comprehensive approach to client wellness and performance. Our therapists don't follow a one-size-fits-all routine. Sessions are individualized based on each client's presentation and goals, using clinical reasoning and a combination of therapeutic techniques to address pain, muscular imbalance, mobility, recovery, and performance. Our team is professional, collaborative, and committed to continually advancing our skills and knowledge. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on massage therapy experience with a strong background in integrative bodywork, therapeutic, neuromuscular, and/or sports massage.

Experience and knowledge may include:

Integrative sports and therapeutic massage Active Release Technique Neuromuscular and trigger point therapy Injury and pain management Deep tissue and myofascial techniques Athletic performance and recovery Mobility and range-of-motion work Pre- and post-surgical massage support We value therapists who are professional, dependable, confident with clients, collaborative, and motivated to continue learning . Strong communication and leadership skills are important, as is the ability to work successfully with a discerning, established clientele. Professional Development We believe exceptional therapists should have opportunities to continue developing their skills. Our practice supports ongoing education and advanced training , including opportunities related to: Active Release Techniques (ART) NEUBIE training and education Sports and performance-focused education Additional continuing education and professional development Our goal is to create an environment where experienced therapists can continue expanding their clinical knowledge while learning from and contributing to a highly skilled team. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hands-on massage therapy experience Current California massage therapy certification/licensure as applicable Professional liability insurance is required Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, injuries, and contraindications Excellent communication and client-care skills Ability to assess client needs and customize treatment sessions Strong professionalism, reliability, and leadership skills Advanced education or experience in sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, injury rehabilitation, chiropractic, physical therapy, orthopedic, or performance-focused settings is strongly preferred. Schedule & Compensation Full-time is considered 30 hours per week. 6 (hour) clients a day. We are looking for therapists who want to become a consistent part of the practice and develop a strong, long-term client schedule.

Full-time starting income:

$108,000 annually. Part-time opportunities are also available, with compensation and scheduling discussed based on experience, qualifications, and availability.
