Our massage therapists are paid for every hour worked, whether you have a patient on the table or not. Our doctors and staff work with patients experiencing everything from sports injuries and muscle tension to everyday aches, pains, and mobility issues. We take a team-based approach to patient care and are looking for someone who is positive, motivated, and genuinely enjoys helping people feel their best. Job Description Perform 20-minute, 30-minute, and 60-minute therapeutic massages based on each patient's needs Utilize techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point, sports massage, and other therapeutic approaches Communicate with our doctors and staff regarding patient needs and progress Maintain a professional, positive, and welcoming experience for every patient Flexible Monday-Friday hours — we're happy to discuss a schedule that works well for both you and the practice Supplies provided Work in a busy, positive, team-oriented environment Clean, modern office Compensation based on experience, skill, and performance What We're Looking For Current California Massage Therapist license Knowledge and experience with deep tissue, trigger point, and sports massage 4+ years of massage therapy experience preferred Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and upbeat personality Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and grow as part of a team Reliable transportation Current malpractice insurance The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is positive, personable, dependable, and willing to learn.
