Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend ongoing therapies for pain management and health improvement Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and treatment outcomes Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and safety standards Collaborate with healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive patient care Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification Proven experience in patient service, customer care, and occupational health settings Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Excellent communication skills for patient assessment and education Prior experience working in med spas or wellness centers is preferred Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed Join us in creating a healing environment where clients feel valued and cared for!
