Treatment Room for Rent in a Luxury Brentwood Spa — $2,400/Month or $200/Day Massage Therapy Acupuncture Reiki Bodywork The Cottage Spa and Boutique and Palisades Peptides are opening in the heart of Brentwood, at the tip of San Vicente. Toscana is in our building, Sugarfish is across the street, and Great White, Coral Tree Cafe, and Baltaire are nearby. We were an established luxury spa in the Pacific Palisades before losing our location in the fire. This is our first location since, and we're bringing the same care and attention to detail to our new space. The buildout is almost complete, with opening expected in about four weeks. Everything is brand new, with warm beige tones, Scandinavian interiors, natural textures, and thoughtful touches throughout—including the little chocolates for clients.

THE SPACE

We're in a beautiful brick medical building with natural light and a lovely view. The spa has a waiting lobby and two comfortable, enclosed, soundproofed treatment rooms. Both are fully furnished for massage and have their own sinks. You'll primarily use the Palisades Peptides room. Depending on the agreed schedule and the doctor's appointments, you may use The Cottage Spa room on some days instead. Room arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon before you start.

RENT & AVAILABILITY

Sunday-Thursday five-day block: $2,400 per month Individual rental days: $200 per day, subject to availability Monthly rentals have a six-month initial commitment, continuing month-to-month afterward. Access hours are flexible and will be agreed upon in advance. Early and evening appointments can be discussed. No other spa appointments are currently planned for Sundays or Mondays as we reopen, making those particularly quiet days. This may change as the business grows.

YOUR PRACTICE

We're looking for an experienced practitioner who wants a beautiful, comfortable space to bring their own clients. We have an existing clientele and are happy to make referrals when it's a good fit, but you are responsible for bringing your own clients and building your practice. Referrals are an additional opportunity, not guaranteed bookings. You'll run your own business, set your own prices, and manage your appointments within your agreed schedule. You'll be sharing the spa with the owner, an esthetician, and a front desk team member. A doctor also works from the Palisades Peptides room. A nurse and another esthetician are expected to join as the business grows. Our reputation matters to us, and we're looking for someone whose client care reflects that. Reliability, thoughtful communication, and a strong record of client satisfaction are important.

CLEANLINESS & CARE

We've always kept an exceptionally clean spa, and we expect the same from anyone working here. Treatment rooms must be cleaned and reset between clients, with fresh linens, disinfected treatment surfaces, and supplies stored neatly. Shared areas must be left clean after use. Maintaining these standards is a condition of renting the space. Regular professional cleaning is planned as we get established, but it does not replace each practitioner's daily responsibilities. There's no laundry on site. We'll be using a nearby wash-and-fold service, and there are local laundry and dry-cleaning options for your linens.

Our website hasn't been updated to reflect the new Brentwood location, but you're welcome to browse it for a sense of our previous spa and the standard of care we're bringing to this space. This is a treatment-room rental, not an employment position.
