Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Massage Therapist to join our team. You will work closely with chiropractors and other healthcare professionals to provide therapeutic massage services that support patient treatment plans, pain management, rehabilitation, and overall wellness goals. This position is ideal for a therapist who values stability , teamwork, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients. You'll work within an established practice with a steady patient base and scheduled appointments, allowing you to focus on patient care not marketing, sales, or client acquisition. Key Responsibilities Provide therapeutic massage services tailored to individual patient needs and treatment plans. Perform deep tissue, therapeutic, sports, and relaxation massage techniques as appropriate. Collaborate with chiropractors and clinical staff to support coordinated patient care plans. Maintain accurate treatment documentation and SOAP notes. Educate patients on self-care strategies and wellness practices. Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and prepared for patient appointments. Uphold all professional, ethical, and licensing standards. Minimum Qualifications Current California Massage Therapy Certification or equivalent state-required credential. Minimum 1 year of professional massage therapy experience preferred. Knowledge of therapeutic and rehabilitative massage techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
