Key Responsibilities:
Perform a range of therapeutic massage techniques, including, but not limited to deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage, tailored to meet individual client needs. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' conditions and create customized treatment plans for optimal results. Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a calm, comfortable, and relaxing environment for all clients. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client treatments and progress. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and effective care. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and advancements in massage therapy. Demonstrate a high level of independence, with the ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision. Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality and professionalism.
Skills & Qualifications:
Preferred, but not required—willing to train the right candidate Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology, with a focus on musculoskeletal health. Proficient in occupational health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and professional work environment. Ability to assess clients' physical conditions and design customized treatment plans to address their specific needs.
