Job Overview Beauty & Spa On The Go is expanding our Team for an exciting new boutique hotel in Palm Springs, Ca. We are seeking professional, reliable and experienced Licensed/Certified Massage Therapists who are interested in providing high-quaility Massage services to hotel guests in a beautiful boutique spa environment. This is an Independent Contractor appointment-based position. They are no required shifts or hours spent waiting at the spa. Therapists will be contacted for appointments based on guests booking, provider availability and scheduling needs.

Compensation:

Approximately $115+ for a completed 60 Minutes Service, including gratuity. This is not a guaranteed hourly wage or guaranteed number of hours. Compensation may very depending on the treatment and service duration.

Schedule:

Boutique Hotel located in Palm Springs Spa Services are available 7 days a week By appointment only Scheduling is based on hotel bookings and therapist availability Therapists may provide their availability and accept appointments that work with their schedules No requirement to remain onsite when there are no scheduled appointments This opportunity is ideal for Massage Therapists who would like to earn additional income with the flexibility of an appointment based schedule. Responsibilities Provide professional, high-quality massage treatments to hotel guests. Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled appointments. Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor. Follow spa treatment protocols, sanitation standards, and guest-service procedures. Complete required guest intake and service documentation. Maintain a clean and organized treatment space before and after services. Communicate professionally with Beauty & Spa On The Go regarding availability and appointments. Create a welcoming, relaxing, and elevated experience for every hotel guest Requirements Current California massage certification and all applicable credentials. Professional liability insurance. Previous professional massage experience preferred. Reliable transportation. Excellent communication and guest-service skills. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Comfortable working independently in a boutique hotel spa environment Ability to follow established spa protocols and service standards. Weekend availability is a plus. Our new boutique hotel spa partnership provides an opportunity for qualified therapists to become part of a growing hospitality wellness program while maintaining the flexibility of independent contractor work.
