Join our team as a Massage Therapist a t La Serena Villas! Are you dedicated to creating relaxing, rejuvenating experiences for guests? As our Massage Therapist (Spa Technician) , you'll provide exceptional massage and body treatments that promote wellness and relaxation. From assessing guest needs to customizing each treatment, you'll ensure every guest leaves feeling refreshed, cared for, and renewed.
Hourly Pay:
Starting at $17 per hour plus commissions.Your Role:
As a Massage Therapist, you'll provide professional massage and body treatments while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest service. You'll tailor each session to individual needs, ensuring a personalized and restorative experience. Some of your key responsibilities include: Perform professional massage and body treatments, including scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy. Assess guest needs and review contraindications such as allergies, high blood pressure, or pregnancy before beginning each service. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment room throughout your shift. Promote and recommend spa services and retail products that enhance the guest experience. Educate guests on self-care techniques to support continued wellness. Follow all company policies and safety procedures, reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions immediately. Maintain current knowledge of industry techniques, products, and modalities. Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout each session, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. Other duties as assigned.What We're Looking For:
State or regional Massage Therapy License required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a spa or hospitality setting preferred. Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for guest care. Ability to stand, walk, and perform treatments for extended periods. Flexible availability.What We'll Do For You:
