//watercourseway.com/about-watercourse-way/ Our application process includes a phone interview, an in person interview and two (2) mandatory practical massages. Each massage will be 60 minutes, one 60 minute Swedish and if the applicant has Deep tissue qualifications, a 60 minute Deep tissue massage. We are looking for massage therapists that have had excellent training and a current CAMTC certificate. Work experience is a plus. Therapists who are reliable and on time, that can stay present and aware during their massage sessions and someone who intuitively knows and senses where each body is holding tension or needs special care. Kindness with each client is essential. Our therapists create a space to relax in that includes quiet. We look for therapists that are passionate about their work and have a positive attitude. We have a signature element to our massage that is provided to every client. We look for individuals who are respectful of our policies and procedures. We offer 60, 90 and 120 minute massage and couples massage. Training and experience in Deep Tissue and Prenatal massage is desirable. Deep tissue and prenatal pay an additional $8 per hour on base pay. Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts pay an additional $3 per hour on base pay. Additions of Aromatherapy which pays an additional $2, addition of CBD pays an additional $6 and Couples shifts pay an additional $5 per hour. There is time between each massage. Rest breaks and meal breaks are included where applicable. We pay $18.70 hourly plus commission. We offer training in Spa i.e. wraps, salt scrub, etc. for qualified therapists that pays at a higher rate. Deep Tissue, prenatal and couples all pay at a higher rate than Swedish.
