Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage to address client concerns and promote healing Friday and Saturday morning shift Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on individual health history and physiology knowledge Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health tips, and pain management strategies to support ongoing wellness Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient responses, and progress notes in compliance with medical terminology standards Ensure a safe, comfortable environment by adhering to hygiene protocols and respecting client confidentiality at all times Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment approaches for complex cases Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques, industry best practices, and legal regulations to ensure high-quality service delivery Experience Proven experience as a massage therapist with a focus on patient service and customer care in a med spa or clinical setting Demonstrated expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage practices Prior experience working within occupational health or medical spa environments is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to assess client needs accurately and provide clear guidance on treatment options Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and delivering exceptional patient service in a fast-paced setting Join us in transforming wellness through expert touch and compassionate care!
