• Job Overview
• We are seeking a very experienced and skilled Massage Therapist to join our team and provide exceptional massage therapy services to our patients.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting health and wellness through therapeutic touch. We are seeking someone who is willing to work part-time on Tuesdays, as well as Monday and Wednesday mornings or afternoon/early evenings. The ability to work on Thursday mornings is a bonus.

• Duties
• Conduct real time patient assessments to determine appropriate massage techniques and pressure based on each individual patient
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to tailor treatments to individual needs and take direction from the doctor
• Perform deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other specialized techniques, including certified prenatal massage
• Provide excellent patient service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as other massage therapists and staff doctors, to support patient care
• Qualifications
• Certification and licensure as a Massage Therapist with at least 10 years hands on experience
• Proficiency in medical terminology related to massage therapy
• Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology
• Experience in occupational health, kinesiology or related fields is a plus
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build a professional rapport with recurrent patients
