The Massage Therapist will work in a professional healthcare environment focused on health, relaxation, and client satisfaction. Duties Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to individual client needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern Educate clients on pain management strategies and occupational health practices Maintain detailed records of treatments provided and client progress Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients Stay updated with the latest techniques and industry standards through ongoing professional development Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to optimize patient outcomes Adhere to all medical terminology standards and anatomy knowledge requirements during treatments Experience Proven experience in patient service, with a focus on customer care and satisfaction Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques preferred Background in occupational health or med spa environments is advantageous Prior experience in patient assessment and developing customized treatment plans is highly desirable Certification from an accredited massage therapy program is required.
