We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team in a dual role as a Massage Therapist and Wellness Technician . In this position, you will be responsible for both selling and providing high-quality massage therapy services, as well as selling and delivering our innovative recovery services to customers.

Compensation:

You will earn hourly pay when working on the recovery side as a Wellness Technician. When with massage clients, you will earn the hourly pay plus a revenue split of any massage sales you personally make.

Responsibilities of this dual role:

Learn and provide recovery services (Whole Body Chamber, Localized Cryotherapy, Theragun, Normatec, Infrared Sauna, and Red Light Therapy). Sell and provide massages by appointment. Learn recovery packages and pricing options. Sell recommended recovery packages/memberships and retail items. Learn Point of Sale and Customer Management Systems (Mindbody). Effectively communicate our services, technology and terminology. Provide superior customer service. Follow the punctuality, dress code, and cleanliness standards. Comply and enforce required health and regulatory standards. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the center. Assist with planning and executing special events. Make calls/emails/SMS to leads, customers, or potential customers. Be involved in community outreach to promote the center to other businesses.

Requirements:

Must be a licensed Massage Therapist in CA. Must be able to work WEEKEND days. Must have an outgoing personality and enjoy talking to people. Must be able to work independently and with a smart team. Must feel confident in a selling environment.
