Benefits Pay:

$45.00-$60.00 per hour W-2 Employee Position | Established Clientele | Guaranteed Weekly Schedule San Diego Wellness Source is seeking an experienced Therapeutic Massage Therapist to join our Corporate Wellness team in Del Mar. This is a unique opportunity to provide therapeutic table massage within an established corporate wellness program at One Paseo. You'll work with appreciative repeat clients in a professional office setting while enjoying a consistent schedule, supportive administration, and employee benefits. This position is ideal for a therapist who enjoys helping clients feel their best without the demands of building and marketing a private practice.

Schedule Required Tuesdays:

9:00 AM-3:00

PM Thursdays:

9:00 AM-3:00 PM Preferred Available to occasionally substitute Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 AM-3:00 PM at nearby Del Mar locations. Compensation & Benefits $45/hour base pay + same-day gratuities Many therapists earn approximately $50-$60+/hour in total compensation when gratuities are included.

Guaranteed pay for scheduled shifts, even if a client cancels Paid training Paid sick time Retirement plan enrollment option with employer match Opportunities to work additional chair massage events and corporate wellness pop-up events Supportive administrative team Beautiful treatment environment and appreciative clientele What You'll Do Deliver customized 20- and 40-minute therapeutic table massage sessions Provide exceptional customer service in a corporate wellness setting Build professional relationships with repeat clients Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional treatment environment Reset, sanitize, and prepare the room between appointments Manage your schedule using the Mindbody Business app Communicate professionally with our administrative team Follow established protocols and workflows Required Qualifications Please do not apply unless you meet all of the following requirements: Active CAMTC certification Minimum 3 years of professional hands-on massage experience Strong anatomy knowledge Comfortable working with clients experiencing injury, chronic pain, or physical limitations Skilled in therapeutic, relaxation, and deep tissue massage Excellent customer service skills Professional, punctual, reliable, and friendly Comfortable with technology and mobile apps Reliable transportation Willing to make a minimum one-year commitment Preferred Qualifications Corporate wellness experience Spa experience Aromatherapy experience Esthetician license is a plus Steam towel experience (training provided) Comfortable with prenatal massage Comfortable with both clothed and unclothed modalities CPR Requirement Active onsite CPR certification is required. If you do not currently have active CPR certification, you may complete it after hire and expense it through the company.
