This is an on-site role with flexible scheduling across four locations: Mission Valley, Point Loma, 4S Ranch, and Rancho Bernardo. Full-time and part-time candidates are welcome. About Us Catalyst is San Diego's clinic for athletes and active people who want results. We are the official massage providers for San Diego Wave FC and love to support other local organizations throughout the year. Our team includes physical therapists, athletic trainers, massage therapists, and performance coaches who work closely together on integrated client care. Responsibilities Deliver clinical and sports massage to athletes, active adults, and wellness clients Collaborate with physical therapists, athletic trainers, and coaches on integrated treatment plans Educate clients on recovery, mobility, and long-term wellness Support occasional weekend events with our professional and collegiate sports partners Maintain clear, accurate documentation within a membership-based care model Required Qualifications Active California Massage Therapist Certification (CAMTC) Skilled in sports massage, deep tissue, and Swedish techniques Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills Preferred Qualifications Certification or strong experience in Lymphatic Drainage and/or Prenatal Massage Candidates with these skills will be prioritized Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus tips, commission, and bonus opportunities 401(k) with matching (full-time) Health, dental, and vision insurance (full-time) Paid time off and paid sick time (full-time) Paid training and ongoing continuing education support Flexible scheduling across four San Diego locations Free massages, employee discounts, and wellness program Opportunities for advancement — we promote from within How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
