Most of our clients come to us seeking help with pain, injuries, or recovery from physical activity. Sessions often include targeted deep tissue techniques such as trigger point therapy and myofascial release. At the same time, effective massage is not only about pressure. Skilled therapists know how to read the client and adjust their approach. Sometimes that means focused, deeper work. Other times it means slowing down and supporting the nervous system so the body can relax and respond to treatment. We're looking for a therapist who enjoys this kind of customized work and is confident adapting their approach based on the client and the goals of the session. The ideal therapist for this role: is comfortable performing deep tissue and targeted therapeutic work has experience with techniques such as trigger point therapy and myofascial release enjoys tailoring each session to the individual client is reliable, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of their schedule and clients keeps treatment rooms clean and organized cares about doing thoughtful, high-quality work Our clinic has grown quickly through word of mouth and quality care. We've built a small, supportive team of therapists who take pride in their work and respect the shared space we work in. Therapists work in a well-equipped treatment room with a hydraulic table and high-quality sheets. Therapists receive new clients through the clinic and often build strong repeat bookings with returning clients. Compensation and scheduling $40 per session hour worked, plus tips Tips typically range from $15-$25 per session hour Flexible scheduling. We work with you on your availability while maintaining a consistent schedule for clients Most therapists work two shifts per week, typically 4-6 hours per shift, though scheduling can be flexible depending on availability Opportunities for increased pay based on performance and tenure This is an independent contractor position with flexible scheduling, and clients are provided.
