Massage Therapist

Job Summary We are looking for a licensed and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team at Musculoskeletal MSO in San Diego, CA. In this full-time role, you will work closely with our clinical staff to deliver therapeutic massage services that complement patient treatment plans. Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy Consult with referring providers to align massage therapy with each patient's care plan Conduct patient intake assessments and document session notes accurately Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment environment Educate patients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care techniques Collaborate with physical therapists, physicians, and other clinical staff

Qualifications:

Active Massage Therapist license in the state of California Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program Experience in a clinical or medical setting preferred Knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and therapeutic techniques Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
