Job Overview We are looking for a skilled, CAMTC-certified Massage Therapist to join our growing team on a part-time basis. You'll deliver exceptional massage sessions across a range of modalities, contributing to the nurturing, professional atmosphere that defines Celtica. This is an opportunity to build a meaningful practice within a supportive community, with flexibility in scheduling and room to grow as the studio expands. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health, and injury prevention strategies Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and relevant medical information using appropriate medical terminology Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic protocols Collaborate with healthcare professionals when necessary to coordinate comprehensive patient care Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively, addressing questions, and fostering a relaxing atmosphere Collaborate with front desk staff on scheduling, charting, and client communication Contribute positively to studio culture and the Celtica client experience Experience Proven experience as a massage therapist with a focus on pain management and physiology knowledge Certification from an accredited massage therapy program and valid licensing or registration as required by local regulations Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and patient assessment techniques Experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting preferred Strong understanding of occupational health principles and client-centered care approaches Prior exposure to deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy techniques is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for wellness Preferred Prenatal massage training and/or certification Experience with additional modalities (hot stone, lymphatic, sports, etc.) Familiarity with booking software (Boulevard or similar) Interest in long-term growth within a multidisciplinary wellness setting Why Celtica? $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
