Beem® Light Sauna | San Mateo, CA Beem® Light Sauna is looking for a licensed and insured lymphatic massage therapist to partner with our wellness studio for recurring Friday evening appointments. This is an opportunity for an independent practitioner to introduce their services to Beem's wellness-focused clientele, build their own local following, and cross-promote with an established wellness business. The Opportunity Friday evenings, approximately 5:00-8:00 PM Start with a trial period of 4-6 Fridays, with potential for an ongoing weekly schedule 30-60 minute lymphatic massage appointments Independent contractor (not an employee) Therapist sets the service pricing If self-generated: 80% of massage revenue to therapist and if Spa generated: 60% to Therapist Beem will help promote the Friday sessions to members, prospects, and our local audience Therapist is welcome to promote the dates to their own clientele Beem Provides Private/comfortable treatment space Professional massage table Clean towels and linens Wellness-focused environment Cross-promotion through Beem's membership/client base and social media

Requirements:

Therapist Provides California-required active massage therapy license Professional liability/malpractice insurance Massage oils, lotions, creams, or other products they prefer to use Any specialized lymphatic massage equipment or supplies they require Their own scheduling/client intake and payment process Ideal Candidate Currently licensed and insured in California Experienced in manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) / lymphatic massage Professional, reliable, personable, and wellness-focused Comfortable working independently Existing local clientele or following is a plus We envision a recurring "Beem Recovery Friday" experience, potentially combining lymphatic massage with infrared sauna and other recovery services.
