Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

We're looking for a skilled, professional, and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our high-performing medical office specializing in spinal stenosis and other complex spine conditions. This is not a spa or typical chiropractic setting-our patients receive medically directed, 15-minute massage therapy as part of their comprehensive care plans. You'll work directly with a team focused on delivering evidence-based, non-invasive treatment solutions in a collaborative and supportive environment. Part-Time to Start (Approx. 25-30 hrs/week)•with clear potential for full-time growth

Pay:

$30•33/hr DOE Benefits include: Paid Holidays, PTO/Sick Leave, and a Monthly Parking Pass (Santa Monica win!)

Ideal Candidate:

Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program (Required) Licensed in California Strong interpersonal skills•you'll be interacting closely with patients and our medical team Prior experience in a medical, rehab, or clinical setting is a big plus, but not required Eager to learn, take direction, and grow with our practice This is a great opportunity for a therapist who is passionate about helping people with chronic pain, postural dysfunction, and spinal degeneration-and who wants to be part of a meaningful mission in a professional, patient-centered practice.
