Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health massages tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals Educate clients on massage benefits, post-treatment care, and pain management strategies Maintain detailed records of each session, including client progress and treatment plans Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and maintaining equipment standards Communicate effectively with clients to provide a comfortable experience and address any questions or concerns Stay updated on the latest massage techniques, physiology knowledge, medical terminology, and industry best practices Must work weekends Skills Proven experience in massage therapy with expertise in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to accurately assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients Ability to evaluate client conditions through patient assessment techniques and adjust therapies as needed Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to pain management and therapeutic treatment Demonstrated client communication skills to build trust and ensure a positive experience Passion for promoting health and wellness through professional massage therapy services Join us in providing exceptional care that transforms lives!
