Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Massage Therapist specializing in body work and stretching techniques to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapies that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele, including Endurance Athletes. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through tailored treatments, combining various modalities such as Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and stretching techniques. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on clients' health while working in a supportive and energetic environment. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage,and stretching to address individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized care that enhances their experience. Stay current with industry trends and expand your skill set through continued education in physiology, anatomy, occupational health, and medical terminology. Qualifications Proven experience in massage therapy with proficiency in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and stretching modalities. Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to accurately assess client conditions. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients. Prior experience working with endurance athletes and similar healthcare environments is preferred.
