Job Description

Bliss Spa is hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our growing team. We offer a steady flow of clients, strong earning potential, and a supportive environment where you can focus on your craft without the stress of building your own clientele.
What You'll Do:
Provide 60 and 90-minute massage services (Swedish, Deep Tissue, or your specialty) Deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience Maintain a clean and professional treatment room
Pay & Benefits:
$40 per service hour + tips (typically $60-$90+/hour total) Consistent bookings (no need to find your own clients) Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time) Employee + family discounts
Schedule Needs:
Weekend availability preferred. Additional days available as we expand (including Tuesdays).
Qualifications:
Active Colorado Massage Therapy License Reliable, professional, and client-focused
