Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team as a substitute, on call therapist. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. This role involves assessing client needs, delivering therapeutic massage treatments, and contributing to the overall wellness of our clients in a professional environment. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans. Provide a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, and prenatal massage. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to address pain management and promote healing. Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices Qualifications Valid Colorado licensure as a Massage Therapist is required. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is essential. Experience in deep tissue massage, prenatal and pain management techniques is preferred. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Previous experience in a med spa or similar setting is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
