Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate treatment plans for pain management or relaxation purposes Maintain detailed records of each session, including client progress and treatment notes in compliance with privacy regulations Ensure a safe and comfortable environment by adhering to hygiene standards and proper use of equipment Communicate effectively with clients to address questions, provide post-treatment advice, and enhance overall customer service experience Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements such as CPR certification Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice legally Proven experience delivering a range of massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and medical spa treatments Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Prior experience in pain management, occupational health settings or med spa environments is highly desirable Excellent client communication skills with a focus on patient service and personalized care Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and develop customized treatment plans based on individual needs Knowledge of patient safety protocols including CPR certification is required Join us in creating a welcoming space where clients feel valued and cared for! Pay:

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
