What You'll Do Provide customized massage therapy based on each guest's individual needs and preferences Perform services such as Swedish/relaxation, deep tissue, sports and prenatal massage based on your training and qualifications Complete thoughtful guest consultations and recommend appropriate massage techniques and enhancements Maintain accurate service notes and guest preferences Educate guests on appropriate self-care and future treatment recommendations Maintain a clean, peaceful and professional treatment environment Work collaboratively with our Guest Advisors, leadership team, and fellow service providers to create an exceptional guest experience What We're Looking For Current Colorado Massage Therapy license Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology and safe massage practices Excellent communication and guest-service skills Dependable, professional and team-oriented Comfortable customizing treatments based on individual guest needs Passion for massage therapy, wellness and helping people feel their best Experience is valued, but we also welcome talented newer therapists who are committed to developing their skills and building a long-term career in massage therapy.
