Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Medical Massage Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver specialized massage therapy treatments designed to promote healing, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being for diverse patient populations. There is also a strong pre-existing patient base. We have two existing massage therapists, the current opening is for the hours around their current schedule, primarily in the morning and later afternoon. We are considering opening weekends as well so availability in those time frames would be ideal. To apply, please send a resume to Centennial@connectedhealthcenter.com Duties Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments tailored to individual patient needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of pain or dysfunction Apply advanced knowledge of physiology and anatomy to ensure safe and effective therapy sessions Educate patients on self-care practices and pain management strategies to support ongoing recovery Maintain detailed treatment records, documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment plans, expectations, and post-session care instructions Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for patients and staff Skills Strong patient service orientation with excellent client communication skills Proficiency in various massage modalities such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and medical massage techniques In-depth understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Experience in pain management and occupational health settings preferred Ability to assess patient conditions effectively and develop customized treatment recommendations Knowledge of med spa operations and experience working in a clinical or wellness environment is a plus This is primarily a chiropractic clinic so you need to be willing to collaborate and refer patients back Join us to provide exceptional therapeutic care that transforms lives!
