Job Description

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Massage Therapist to join our spa team at the Country Club of Colorado . This role is ideal for someone passionate about wellness and skilled in providing exceptional service. As a Massage Therapist , you'll have the chance to elevate our guests' experience with high-quality, personalized treatments in a vibrant, hospitality-focused environment.
Compensation:
$16.00-$17.00 per hour BOE. As a Massage Therapist, you'll provide an outstanding spa experience through expert massage therapy and body treatments. You'll work closely with the Lead Therapist and Spa Management to uphold our high standards and deliver a relaxing, rejuvenating experience for every guest. Administer various massage techniques (Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Pre-Natal, Hot Stone, etc.) Perform body treatments like exfoliations, wraps, and masks while following spa protocols Educate clients on self-care and recommend spa products for home use Maintain a clean, orderly treatment room and monitor inventory Engage with guests, delivering a warm and welcoming spa experience from start to finish Provide service consultations, and skin analyses, and promote wellness through essential oils and body products Support the spa team with front desk or locker room functions as needed High School diploma or equivalent 550+ hours of accredited massage education Diploma/certification from an accredited massage school Current Colorado State license in good standing Current Liability Insurance coverage NCBTMB or AOMBTA certification preferred 2+ years of massage therapy experience preferred, with spa experience a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong time management and multitasking abilities Proficiency in anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy CPR Certification desired Ability to work flexible hours, with occasional long shifts Capability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently Adherence to high standards of personal appearance, hygiene, and uniform requirements Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital Care Insurance Basic Life and AD&D Insurance, with optional Short-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Identity Theft Insurance, Legal Services, and Pet Insurance Holiday Pay, Wellness Support, Employee Assistance Program Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
