Licensed Massage Therapist / Front Desk Associate

•Weekends & Evenings LaVida Massage is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist who provides Deep Tissue massage to join our team in a unique Massage Therapist + Front Desk Flex position . This position is a great fit for an LMT looking for consistent evening and weekend hours with the opportunity to provide massage, build a clientele, and earn tips while also supporting our front desk team. We are a great fit for professional therapists who believe in providing an individualized guest experience and customized bodywork based on each guest's needs. All of our Massage Therapists are employees, not independent contractors. You'll work in a clean, professional, and supportive environment with marketing, scheduling, supplies, and clientele provided for you. How the Flex Position Works This position combines massage therapy and front desk responsibilities during the same scheduled shift . Depending on the needs of the center, you may spend part of your shift assisting at the front desk and part of your shift providing massage services. During each scheduled shift, you may be scheduled for massage appointments based on guest demand and center coverage needs. When you are not providing massage services, you will work as part of the front desk team. This allows you to have consistent scheduled hours while still having opportunities to provide massage, receive tips, and grow your clientele. Weeknight evening and weekend availability is required for this position. What We Are Looking For A currently Licensed Massage Therapist A therapist who can provide Deep Tissue massage and firm pressure A therapist passionate about their practice and the overall wellness of their clientele An energetic, dependable, and self-motivated professional Someone comfortable working in a flex role between massage therapy and front desk responsibilities Ability to provide excellent guest service both at the front desk and in the treatment room Ability to answer phones, schedule appointments, check guests in and out, and process transactions Ability to discuss our services, memberships, and promotions with guests and assist with membership and retail sales Willingness to assist with closing, light cleaning, and general center responsibilities Weeknight evening availability (Monday-Friday after 4:00 PM) Saturday and/or Sunday availability Massage Therapy Responsibilities Provide customized 30

• and 90-minute massage sessions Guide guests through service options and customize sessions based on their individual needs Listen to guest feedback and adjust pressure and techniques as needed Provide Deep Tissue massage for guests seeking firmer pressure Encourage appropriate rebooking and regular massage as part of an overall wellness routine Maintain a calming, professional, and respectful treatment environment Front Desk Responsibilities Greet and check guests in and out Book and reschedule appointments Answer incoming phone calls and guest questions Process transactions using our POS system Help guests understand services and membership options Sell memberships and retail products Assist with basic opening and closing responsibilities Complete light cleaning and help maintain an organized front desk and common areas Support therapists and other team members as needed Why Work at LaVida Massage?
