On-Call Licensed Massage Therapist LaVida Massage is looking for a dependable and flexible Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team in a unique position that can combine regularly scheduled massage shifts with pre-agreed on-call availability . This position can be structured around the right candidate. An LMT may have their own regularly scheduled weekly massage shifts in addition to designated on-call periods, or may primarily provide on-call coverage depending on availability and our current scheduling needs. How the On-Call Position Works Our On-Call Massage Therapist will have pre-agreed days and times when they are available for potential coverage . On an agreed-upon on-call day, the On-Call Therapist will check the Service Provider message thread at a designated time based on the agreed-upon availability. If a regularly scheduled Massage Therapist has posted that they need coverage by that time, the On-Call Therapist will come in to cover the scheduled clients for the applicable portion of the shift. If no coverage request has been posted by the designated check-in time, the On-Call Therapist is released for that on-call period and is not required to remain available . Because on-call hours are specifically intended to provide coverage for unexpected call-outs, appointments and paid hours during on-call periods are not guaranteed. Regularly scheduled shifts, when assigned, are separate from on-call availability. Availability We are looking for an LMT with flexibility to provide on-call coverage throughout the week, with our greatest current need being: Morning/daytime availability, especially 9:00 AM-2:00 PM Weekend availability Additional weekday and evening availability is a plus On-call availability will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. Regularly scheduled massage shifts may also be available. Depending on the therapist's availability and scheduling needs, this position may range from approximately 5-40 hours per week between regular shifts and on-call coverage. • 73,500 per year , including base massage compensation, estimated gratuities, enhancements, commissions, and applicable bonuses. Starting base massage compensation is $25
• 26 per massage hour , with additional earning opportunities from: Massage enhancements: additional $4
• 12 per applicable service Gratuities Retention bonuses Weeknight and weekend bonuses Additional commission opportunities Actual earnings will vary based on regularly scheduled massage hours and on-call coverage worked, services performed, enhancements, commissions, gratuities, and applicable bonuses.
