Why Join Our Team Strong earning potential: Starting at $45/hour base, with average total earnings exceeding $70/hour including tips, plus additional commission opportunities Paid downtime: Receive hourly compensation for unbooked gaps when supporting spa operations Fully equipped treatment rooms: Electric lift tables provided in every space All supplies included: Linens, products, and laundry services handled for you W-2 employment with paid sick time Complimentary access to our renowned Vapor Caves for you and immediate family Employee discounts on spa services and retail Perks during shifts: Coffee, snacks, and occasional meals Flexible scheduling options for both full-time and part-time team members Schedule Expectations Weekend availability is required Flexible scheduling available based on availability and business needs Ideal for therapists seeking consistent work in a high-demand, destination spa What You'll Do Deliver high-quality massage services tailored to each guest's needs Create a calming, professional, and therapeutic experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of your treatment space Collaborate with team members to support overall guest flow and experience Assist with light spa duties during slower periods as needed What We're Looking For Active Colorado Massage Therapy License (required) Passion for wellness, healing, and client care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Open to both experienced therapists and those newer to the field
