We specialize in injury rehabilitation and keeping our active clients out on the trails. This is an Independent Contractor position. Pay is based on length of treatment. Qualified candidates must have graduated from a 600+ hour Massage Therapy program and have 3 plus years of experience. We focus on injury rehabilitation, neuromuscular, and sports massage. Qualified candidates must be highly educated in these areas and be comfortable working with injuries. We are looking for PT help, hours vary and will include some weekend work. This position is for someone who does not want to be micro managed and is self motivated to build an amazing client base. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments tailored to client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on physiology knowledge and client communication. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend personalized treatment options for pain management and relaxation. Maintain detailed records of each session, including client feedback, treatment details, and progress notes in compliance with medical terminology standards. Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to all health regulations and sanitation protocols. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain procedures clearly, and foster a positive experience. Stay current with industry best practices by continuing education in areas such as sports massage, prenatal massage, occupational health, and med spa trends. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification. Proven experience in massage therapy with proficiency in Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and medical terminology. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology essential for accurate patient assessment and effective treatment planning Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients. Ability to maintain professionalism while managing multiple client appointments efficiently.

Pay:

$50.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 16.0 per week
