Who We Are Denver Sports Massage is an orthopedic and sports massage clinic owned and operated by a licensed massage therapist with 18 years of experience. We work with athletes, desk workers, people recovering from injury, and anyone who wants to feel better in their body — and we're known for two things: genuinely effective clinical work and warm, relational care. The Role We're looking for a skilled, caring therapist who loves clinical work and wants to be part of something collaborative and lasting. You'll work with a diverse, loyal clientele and have real room to grow — clinically, professionally, and within our team. Weekend availability is required (at least one shift on Saturday or Sunday). What You'll Do Deliver exceptional massage therapy tailored to each client's goals — sports massage, deep tissue, trigger point, and other specialized modalities Conduct thorough client assessments and maintain accurate treatment records Educate clients on self-care, stretching, and ongoing wellness strategies Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current on industry advancements What We're Looking For Colorado Licensed Massage Therapist with 650+ hours from an accredited program 2+ years of professional clinical massage experience (sports, orthopedic, or rehab setting preferred — though we'll consider passionate, skilled therapists at any stage) Solid knowledge of sports massage, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy Strong anatomy, kinesiology, and clinical assessment skills — or genuine eagerness to build them Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to connect with clients and colleagues alike Organized, reliable, and good at managing a busy schedule What We Offer $45-$65/hr , including base pay and performance-based incentives 401(k) with matching Paid sick time and paid training Supplemental insurance (dental, vision, accident) Flexible scheduling Ongoing professional development and advancement opportunities Supportive, collaborative team environment Employee discounts on services and retail products All equipment and supplies provided (sheets, lotions, tools, hydraulic lift tables) To Apply Submit your resume and a brief note about your experience and what draws you to clinical massage work.
