Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Massage Therapist to join our clinical/wellness team. You will provide targeted, therapeutic soft-tissue treatments to patients recovering from injuries, managing chronic pain, or undergoing rehabilitation. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, current condition, and treatment goals. Develop customized treatment plans based on physiology and anatomy knowledge to ensure safe and effective therapy. Educate patients on pain management strategies, occupational health concerns, and self-care practices to support ongoing wellness. Maintain detailed documentation of treatments provided, patient progress, and any relevant medical terminology in compliance with clinic standards. Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment plans, expected outcomes, and answer any questions to foster trust and comfort. Ensure all sessions adhere to safety protocols Experience Proven experience as a massage therapist with a focus on medical or clinical settings. Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health. Hands-on experience in various massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments. Previous experience with pain management and client communication in a healthcare or med spa environment is highly desirable. Certification in CPR is preferred but not required; additional certifications in medical massage or specialized modalities are a plus. Familiarity with patient service principles and customer service excellence to ensure positive client experiences. Ability to assess patient needs accurately and adapt treatments accordingly for optimal results.

Base Pay:

You are paid a flat piece rate for each completed Full Service Package where the client is present.

Cancellations & No-Shows:

If a client cancels or does not show up, you will be paid the minimum wage for that appointment window, but only if you remain clocked in on the premises and available for work.
