Job Description

SereniTea Spa & Tea Lounge in Lone Tree, CO is looking for qualified, experienced massage therapists to join its grand opening team! We are looking for massage therapists currently licensed to work in Colorado who are familiar with multiple types of body massage, including but not limited to Swedish and deep tissue techniques, as well as reflexology and cupping.
Expectations:
Experience as a professional massage therapist within a spa/wellness environment Familiarity with massage therapy techniques and the ability to adapt and alter massages to suit each individual customer's needs, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Ability to change sheets and linens as well as clean and sanitize rooms and materials after each customer, maintaining a sanitary workspace and enjoyable environment for guests. Friendly yet professional demeanor, able to maintain a rapport with customers and communicate effectively to ensure comfort and satisfaction with service. The ideal candidate will be able to briefly consult with clients prior to their massage to ask about areas of concern and customize a treatment for them. Encourages customers to request add-on services like cupping, aromatherapy, CBD pain relief gel, etc. Must have familiarity with multiple types of massage, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and others.

Position Details:
Successful hires will be contracted employees (1099) and paid on commission. Therapists will receive 100% of their tips same-day. Therapists have the freedom to set their own schedules (within SereniTea's hours of operation) Paid training Free uniform and free snacks! Potential for a paid training retreat to Las Vegas!
Pay:
$35.00 - $50.00 per hour
