You will work in a serene environment, utilizing your expertise in various massage techniques to enhance the physical and emotional well-being of our clients. Your ability to assess patient needs and deliver tailored treatments will be essential in fostering a positive client experience. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and preferences. Provide a range of massage therapies, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to address specific client concerns effectively. Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at pain management and relaxation. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients. Uphold high standards of customer service by ensuring client satisfaction throughout their experience. Educate clients on the benefits of various massage techniques and self-care practices. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in therapeutic practices. Requirements Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by state regulations. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and occupational health principles. Experience in patient service within a med spa or similar setting is preferred. Proficiency in various massage techniques, particularly deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to assess patient needs accurately and provide appropriate treatments.
