Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to join our wellness team and provide exceptional therapeutic massage services in a refined hospitality setting. In this role, you will help create a relaxing, restorative experience for guests while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and guest care. What You Will Do Deliver high-quality massage services tailored to each guest's needs, preferences, and wellness goals. Conduct thorough pre-service consultations to assess guest concerns, preferences, and any contraindications. Maintain a calm, welcoming, and private treatment environment that reflects a premium guest experience. Apply a strong understanding of anatomy, technique, and therapeutic best practices in every session. Uphold sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards for treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies. Document services appropriately and communicate professionally with spa and hospitality team members. Promote additional wellness offerings and support guest engagement in a thoughtful, service-oriented manner. Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and licensing requirements. What We Are Looking For Current massage therapy licensure in good standing, as required by state and local regulations. Professional training in massage therapy with demonstrated hands-on experience. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide warm, attentive, guest-focused service. Knowledge of a variety of massage modalities and the ability to adapt techniques to individual needs. Excellent communication, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions. Ability to maintain physical stamina and perform services in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and consistent service quality. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a luxury spa, resort, hotel, or similar hospitality environment. Familiarity with therapeutic, relaxation, and specialty massage treatments. Additional wellness certifications or training are a plus.
