Hours are flexible, looking for someone during the week after 3pm and/or weekends Please note I do take groupons and you must accept them (it's a great way to get new clients) please feel free to ask me any questions that come up. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and/or trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments to meet individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand specific concerns, medical histories, and treatment goals. Communicate clearly with clients to explain treatment plans, gather feedback, and ensure comfort throughout each session. Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant medical terminology or pain management notes. Stay current with industry best practices and expand your skill set through ongoing education in physiology, anatomy knowledge, and new massage modalities Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist. Proven experience in massage therapy with expertise in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and/or prenatal massage, and medical terminology. Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy to accurately assess patient needs and tailor treatments accordingly. Excellent client communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to build rapport quickly while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
