We have an established esthetics team and are intentionally building our massage offering. Help grow a massage book from the ground up with spa support behind you. The role We're hiring a CT-licensed Massage Therapist part-time across both spas. Hours grow as your client book builds and vary with demand. Deliver high-quality bodywork in a supportive small-team setting, with clients booked for you and flexible self-scheduling. Help shape and grow our massage business alongside a thriving esthetics team. What you'll do Provide Swedish/relaxation, deep tissue, and prenatal massage Deliver a warm, professional client experience Work across Avon and Glastonbury on a shared part-time schedule Help grow massage with an established spa team Maintain CT licensing and professional standards What we're looking for Active Connecticut massage therapy license (required) Reliable transportation for both Avon and Glastonbury (required) Spa or wellness experience preferred Confident in Swedish/relaxation, deep tissue, and prenatal Hot stone and sports/therapeutic experience preferred Willingness to learn Head Spa / scalp treatments preferred Motivated to build and grow a massage book Reliable, client-centered, and comfortable in a boutique spa What we offer Commission + tips; typically minimum about $50/hour equivalent All supplies and linens provided Spa books clients for you Flexible self-scheduling Staff discounts on services and products FAR infrared sauna and wellness amenities Supportive small-team culture at two CT spas Room to grow massage while esthetics is strong How to apply Apply on Indeed and email your resume to
