Additional responsibilities include:

Performance of professional quality massage, within scope of practice and licensing of state of CT. Adhere to all Massage Envy policies and protocols. Promotion of health and wellness to clients by providing a massage therapy treatment plan and services tailored to their needs. Maintenance of excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clientele and co-workers. Reliable attendance and responsible on time arrival for scheduled shifts. Accurate documentation of treatment plans, services rendered and notes.

Education, Skills and Training:

Massage therapy education and certificate of completion. Satisfactory results of background and reference checks are a condition of employment. Must adhere to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations related to the massage therapy services provided, including following any applicable laws pertaining to maintaining current licensure. Demonstration of performing Swedish and deep tissue massage required, as well as knowledge of and experience in performing other modalities offered by Massage Envy. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow

Communication and Personal Interactions:

Demonstrate a strong client focus. Have both strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills to effectively communicate treatment plans and recommendations to clients.
