Job Description
At Legion Gym, we're committed to helping our members perform, recover, and feel their best. We are seeking a motivated, professional, and licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to build your clientele within an established fitness community while working in a professional, high-energy environment. We provide a dedicated private treatment room and the equipment needed to help you focus on what you do best—delivering exceptional care and results to clients. What We Provide ✔ Private massage therapy room within our facility ✔ Massage table and essential equipment provided ✔ Access to a built-in client base of active gym members ✔ Opportunities for referrals from trainers and coaches ✔ Flexible scheduling ✔ Professional, supportive team environment ✔ Marketing support through our gym community and social media Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy services tailored to client needs Conduct client consultations and maintain accurate treatment notes Educate clients on recovery, mobility, and wellness practices Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space Uphold all state licensing requirements and industry standards Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals Qualifications Current Connecticut Massage Therapy License Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Experience working with athletes, active adults, and fitness-focused clients is a plus Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people move better, recover faster, and live healthier lives.
